Big Band Dance Sponsorship: Collect money from businesses, friends, neighbors, and family to sponsor your Band students. These contributions are tax deductible. 100% of this sponsorship money will go directly into your student's band account. Details are on the attached Sponsorship form.

Big Band Dance Pre Sale Raffle : We have received 3 generous donations for our Raffle this year: an Ipod, a Shuffle, and an Ipod Touch. These along with other great prizes will be put into our Raffle. The drawing for the Raffle will held at the Big Band Dance on February 6. However, to help raise money for the upcoming cruise, students and their family will be able to participate in a Pre Sale of tickets for the Raffle. The Pre Sale will run from January 11-February 1, with tickets at $2.00 or 3 tickets for $5.00. 80% of the Pre Sale money goes directly into the student's account, with 20% going into the general band account. Details of this Pre Sale will come to you by email next week. At that time, interested students will be able to pick up Pre Sale Raffle packets from Mr. Roberts.

Completed Big Band Dance forms can be sent in with your student to Mr. Roberts. Also, any Silent Auction donations and money can be sent in to Mr. Roberts. Also, we reuse those holiday gift baskets for our Silent Auction, so send that in as well.
