Peter Glasser has been teaching US History at Pioneer since 2000. Prior to that, he taught in New York City and in Maine, where he grew up. He earned his BA in American Studies from Stanford University in 1995 and his MA in Education from Columbia University in 1996. Peter enjoys playing guitar and running, and he considers himself personally responsible for the Red Sox winning the World Series in 2004. He and his wife Jen, also a teacher, have two sons: Charlie, born in 2005, and Henry, born in 2008.
